As our inter-team challenge for the BL SSS this week is to write a blog about delcaring our independance from being overweight, food, fat... this is mine
I will be starting a new plan shortly, the YOU on a Diet plan. I have not yet finished the book, but got a preview on the website, and it is logically healthy. The book itself is written in such a way as to make you think of what you are eating, and how it effects your body. ( that double ice cream cone yesterday was not going to anything for the health and well-being of my body, while I thouroughly enjoyed it, I thought the whole time about how my body responds to junk food.
I am always tired, as in fatigued. And the cause is how I eat, and treat my body. Simple facts. So If I want the energy to have a life worth living, I should eat in such a way as to make that happen.
Now to get the rest of the family on board...
