Monday blahs

Feeling kinda blah today. This weekend I had a busy time of it, and Saturday I peeked at my weight, not a good idea. I was then a half pound above my all-time high. Not sure what the heck is wrong with me, I seem to be able to get loads of excercise in, then nothing, and my eating has been all over the place. I checked it again this am and now back down to last weigh in at 210.3, but I still don't like it.
Having some discomfort, not yet actual pain, in my lower abdomen. can't tell if is digestive or crampy.

    Hang in there. And shake up your workout pattern. Maybe go for a walk/jog on a totally different route? And try planning your meals out for the day/week. See how that goes (and NO peaking at the scale! *guilty - I do the same*). :-) Hang in there!!
