can I pull my hair out?

I don't know what's wrong with me. Since my really nice loss before my colonoscopy, I have been on the gain. Today I looked at the scale again, and it said 213. feel like throwing a tantrum. I know that ice cream cone did not equal 3 pounds! I was pretty good except for that. ...and the chili dogs for dinner. just having trouble controlling myself with food. Kinda waiting till some extra $$ comes to go out and buy the good-for-you food, as stocking my cupboards and fridge with the healthy stuff is going to make it more accessable to me. So my new highest weigh is now 213. No more. It will not get any higher. I have asked the Lord to bless my weight loss efforts, and give me strength to resist food temptations. So those of you who believe in Jesus, please pray in agreeement with me.
