They finally notice!!!

Thursday, October 09, 2008

So it's finally started happening. The looks. The stares. The out-right oogles. The endless comments like, " Wow! Look at you!" and "What are you doing to lose weight" and - I really love this one - " Geez, how much weight have you lost?"
Though the scale still says 187, the inches say Hot Mamma! I am so pumped!
You know, even though I AM doing this for myself, it never hurts when people notice that your good habits are paying off...

On a painful note ;-), I went to my first spin class this morning...well, actually not my first, but the first time I went was about 5 years ago and I vowed never to go back because the pain was TOO great. I actually kind of enjoyed it and I really, really feel it in my hamstrings and the boo-tay...I will definitely be incorporating this workout into my weekly routine.

You are 100% correct. A little emoticon goes a long way.

I find it is nice if people notice because sometimes I might not see changes but if others do, then you know you are doing everything right.

    Good job,
    Kris
