Time to start anew

I weighed in at 194 this morning. This will be my starting weight for 2009. Still aspire to lose 40 pounds. Believe me, I would be thrilled.
I ran into a problem during the second half of the year. I stopped logging my weight. Granted, it stayed about the same, but it did creep up by a few pounds. My first goal for 2009 is to log my weight every Sunday unless absolutely impossible or iimpractical. If anyone looks at my stats, it may look like I have given up. But I really need to log this, even if it goes up or stays the same. Then I can cheer when it goes down. Thank goodness I have not returned to 200 land (though I've had some close calls).
Anyway, Happy New Year to all, and I'll talk to you again "next year".
