This is freaking hard. But you know what..eating like a pig is hard too. No I mean it. I could really eat pretty much non stop, and I have. Which is no fun...so thinking about what I am eating isn't that much worse. I think the bad thing is weighing myself every day, and being bummed out if I don't lose or am up a pound. Oh well, I have always done that...always. I promise not to quit. I love that I started on the first so I know exactly how many days of good eating I have accomplished. Anyone reading this ..if you comment, please say how much you have lost...it motivates me. Thanks! And if no one reads this, I am glad I am recording it. Love you Sparks, and my Sparks friends!

    I can't write how much I have lost, because my weight has actually gone up lately, BUT I hope that the other things I have gained from this experience will help motivate you. I have gained insight into the reasons WHY I eat, awareness about my eating and exercise habits, knowledge about what I need for a healthy lifestyle, and GREAT Spark friends! I hope you can say the same, even when you are struggling. YOU CAN DO THIS!!

    Nothing is easy if it is worth having. Being healthy is worth having!!! Mindless eating is hard to avoid, but if you become aware and start making choices it will become easier. Slow and steady will keep you on course.
