I am trying to eat less, exercise more, read my Bible everyday. I know that I am not that far into the year yet but I have done 14 out of 15 day's exercise. I do my treadmill 30 minuets 1 day & I ride my recumbent bike 30 minuets the next day. I am trying to eat less, not much accomplishment yet, but I am still trying. I also have cut myself down to 1 Coke 0 a day & I hope to cut that more later. I am drinking 10 cups of water a day.
