Lean and Green challenge

Thanks Debbie and Michelle for telling me about the challenge. As always, it's a great way to get back on track (Fab 40s is the BEST team).

I'm going to try and do this challenge. Saves me thinking about what to do.
Well, I started today with spinach, onion and mushroom mix with lunch. Yummy!

Tomorrow will be difficult as I work over lunch and usually have a sandwich for supper. Can a cup of thick, homemade vegetable soup count as my green veg for the day? It contains cabbage, broccoli, courgettes, onion, celery, carrots, potatoes and dried beans. That's gotta be good!

    I'm with you Margi...just put a pot on myself! I think I can find some broccoli to eat with it. I am not much to put broccoli in my soup b/c then it gets soggy. I love some of my veggies CRISP like broccoli and cauliflower and peppers. So that will be for supper.
