I blew it completely. Went off the diet, didn't go to the gym for a week. I feel like crap. At least I didn't smoke. Back to the gym today and even though it's going to be starting over I'm going to feel so much better. No more stops and starts. From now on it's the gym at least 6 days a week and if I have to miss a day it's going to be for a good reason. Off to the gym.
