I'm tired of making a plan and not following through. I deserve better than that. I like the way I feel when I eat light. When I'm sick, I don't have an appetite. I want that same feeling when I'm well.
How are you doing? I can be your Spark Buddy! I've got about 60lbs more to lose, so a bit more than you. I also know exactly what you mean about not following through on plans you've made. I've done it so many times. But it feels different this time, and I think this is a fantastic resource. The SP site has so much information on it, it's amazing and for me at least, at keeps me interested to look round all the different things to do and read. Much better than going to Weight Watchers with all your focus on one meeting a week in some tatty village hall, trying not to feel really bad about yourself. Well that's my experience anyway!

Don't know if this helps, but for me, I find I need to focus on getting in my fruits and vegetables. If I do, I am not so tempted by the higher calorie and fat foods that I usually go to. I also feel very energized throughout the day. 4379 days ago
