planning what I eat and eating what I plan

Mission accomplished today. I've tracked in Spark what I plan on eating today. AND I will follow what I've tracked.

Having the lapband makes things a lot easier -- tracking wise. I only eat 3 meals a day and they are mostly protein so usually it's just one or two entries per meal. How cool is that!

I am also recommitting to my water intake today. I have purchased a "Lock & Lock" no leaks, spills or hassles 30 ounce plastic shatterproof bottle and filled it with filtered water. I work for a multinational filter company so we'd better have healthy water for the employees lol. All of our water is chilled and filtered...I am sipping, sipping, sipping as I type. I know in my head that water metabolizes fat -- I just have to put the action into it!

Let's see -- a minumum of eight (8) glasses @ 8 oz each -= 64 ounces a day. So I need to fill this bottle up twice and drink it all each time, and then drink a decaf coffee at some point to get all my water in each day.

First meal down --- it's a protein shake using powder by Max Protein - yummo! I will post another blog regarding the online blogger who turned me onto it. They even offer a cookies and cream flavor of the protein powder!
