Hoping to lose 2.5 lbs. by vacation July 24th

In the pre-lap band world, it would be a no brainer to lose 2.5 lbs. on Weight Watchers or TOPS -- in 18 days. Unfortunately, as my body adjusts (meaning frequently plateaus) with the unique characteristics of a lap band journey, I am not as hopeful. Still, it would be nice to a total of -40 lbs. before leaving for Disney World.
I know, I know, I need to get my butt onto the elliptical. Not sure what is my roadblock there. I am totally fine with the gastric band way of eating; I do not eat carbs, I do not eat sweets, I keep to my 3 protein based meals. It is just getting on that darn treadmill or elliptical.
yet I know that is my path to true lasting weightloss. And to getting the scale to move!
