EATING FAT HAS SIDE EFFECTS! HEATBURN, DIARREAH, what's the rest of that pepto commerical? lol

got a rash that circles my armpit. either it's a side effect of the hcg or ( as my mom pointed out) it could be a yeast infection. never had one there though. Just in case dosed my armpit with monistat. Injections are ok, can't feel them. first on left a hive-lilke mark, but now it's almost gone.
REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO TOMMORROW!! Got my 500 calories all planned out. Tilapia, melba toast, asparagus, and apple. dinner I will switch to an orange, and spinach.

today after all that fat, you would think my pants would be tight, I can get out of them without unbuttoning them. ( must be the new relationship with the bathroom ( lol)

    You are doing great. I do the Injections and they are no problem. I inject on the top of my thighs and my arm. Dr. Simeon in "Pounds and Inches" says not to inject into the belly fat, so I avoid doing that like some people. I read that the people who do use that area SHOULD be injecting within one inch of the left or right side of the belly button. That makes sense since the blood vessel is near there. I also read that if you are injecting into the subq fat that you need 175 IUs as Dr. Simeon used 125 IUs with IM injections into the muscle.

    Oh the joys of the load. I was actually planning my next load tonight. I will get to have one around Halloween and I aready know all the things I want to eat. It is cool you are so excited. That enthusiasm will take you far.

    I gained 14 lbs on my 2 load days...today is my first 500 cal day. I was hungry earlier in the day...but better now...cooking my Talapia...and just had my Grassini and Cumcumber. Good luck!
