I'm glad you've got some results for your trouble! I don't know anything about what you're doing but I've had LOTS of migraines. Medicine changes are one of the triggers.
Just one thing to suggest: Get some ActivOn or HeadOn and try rubbing that where it hurts. I've been using ActivOn for Arthritis on my shoulders and HeadOn on my temple/forehead for the head pain and after about 30 minutes it feels wonderful for a while. When it wears off I reapply. Love the stuff.

DId you do a detox before starting HCG? a lot of people get headaches during the beginning of the VLCD. I quit eating fast food, junk food, prepackaged food a few weeks prior to the beginning of the VLCD and I had all my headaches then. More than likely you are detoxing from the preservatives and additives that are in most the food we eat. I hope that you are feeling better soon and just stick with it.

I had to overcome that feeling of wanting to eat also. The first week or two I had to stop myself and think is the my body saying it needs fuel or saying I usually eat now so I want to eat. I always wanted to eat at 3:30 and I realized that is when I did a bulk of my snacking before I started HCG.
