yestudray went ok, except for waking up with charlie horses in both my calves, it went very well.

the chicken is more filling than the tilapia, so I will probably eat it more.
I like to make up 2 or 3 days worth ahead, and bag it by meal. LIme juice makes a good flavorful option to using any kind of fat to cook with. Instead of the pam spray I just squeezed a bit on my chicken andno sticking! :)

started on load day one at 210.4 now at 204.2 that's 6.2 pounds and it's not even a full week yet.
Found that tomatoes are not an option for me, I just can't eat that much without gagging. no raw spinach, can't eat that much of it raw. cooked taht 's another story.

just got a call about a minitry promotion at church. I am going to pray about it an dget back to the lady. So all of my team that prays, please send some for me for hearing the heart of God in this matter.
