MY PLAN OF ACTION A A FALL LIME IS TO LOSE 25 OR MORE POUNDS.

MY ACTUAL PLAN IS THE HCG PROTOCOL.
50 SHOTS DAILY OF HCG. WHILE ON VLCD ( 500 CALORIES PER DAY)
DURING TOM NO SHOT, SO THAT WILL EXTEND MY 50 DAYS A BIT. AT TEH END OF MY 50 SHOTS, MY FOOD INTAKE WILL GO BACK TO A NORMAL 1500-180O CALORIES, BUT ONE FOOD AT A TIME TO GUAGE MY BODY'S REACTION TO EACH FOOD.

THE 500 CALORIES IS NOT STARVING IN MY CASE, BECAUSE THE HCG CAUSES MY BODY TO USE IT'S OWN FAT FOR FUEL. SO i AM ACTUALY GETTING QUITE A BIT OF "CALORIES"

i AM NOT SUPPOSED TO EXERCISE HEAVILY WHILE ON THE VLCD, AS IT USES UP TOO MUCH PROTEIN. BUT I WILL BE WALKING AND DOING REGULAR HOUSEWORK.
WILL BE DETAILING MY WEIGHT DAILY ON FRONT OF MY SPARKPAGE.

    Remember, Sparkpeople does NOT support the HCG Diet AT ALL.
    I'm glad you are doing great. I'm on R2P3D2 and doing fine. I have to have my gallbladder removed, so I'll be on P3 for a couple months until I'm through with the surgery and recovery. I've had GB attacks for a number of years, so the diet didn't "cause" it. emoticon
