took shot number 10 today. have lost a total of 10.2 pounds making 200.1. so close to being in onederland. tommorrow for sure.
my family is teasing me with spagetti. looks and smells good, but my new found thinner tummy feels better. going to go to store for more asparagus as I ran out.
I have not been under 200 pounds in 4 years, will be such an accomplishment!
