ONDERLAND TASTED BETTER BEFORE DINNER. FINALLY MADE IT UNDER 200!!! YEAY!!! 199.5 THIS AM.

TOOK A WALK TO RETURN A MOVIE, HOUR LONG, BUT I THINK UNTIL I FINISH MY ROUND OF HCG, THAT IS TOO FAR. MY KIDNEYS HURT 1/2 WAY THRU. ( BETTER NOW THOUGH)

TRING VERY HARD TO FINISH MY EXPERIMENTAL DINNER. TILAPIA NO ISSUE, BUT CABBAGE COOKED WITH MY ORANGE SICES...EEW. MADE IT TASTE BITTER LIKE GRAPEFRUIT. i'M NOT HUNGRY, BUT SINCE I ONLY GET 500 CALORIES I AM REALLY TRING TO FINISH IT.


FOR THOSE OF YOU ASKING WHAT I AM DOING...
HCG PROTOCOL. I TAKE A DAILY SHOT FOR 50 DAYS OF THE HCG HORMONE. I GET 500 CALORIES DAILY, FROM A VERY STRICT MENU OF PROTIEN VEGGIE AND FRUIT, PLUS 2 MELBA TOASTS. THE RESTOF THE CALORIES ARE MY OWN FAT. AND LET'S JUST SAY AFTER ONLY 12 DAYS, MY TUMMY IS ALMOST DEFLATED

    Grat work Mamalime - for me it seems the belly is the last to go! I couldn't fit into smaller pants until I lost 15-20#.... but everything else shrunk. I am glad you are having such great success.. keep it up!!!

    Have you ever tried cabbage with fresh mushrooms, red onions and red bell peppers all cut up and mixed together and then baked with seasonings? I added butter the first time and then olive oil the second time, it was good both ways! I do not know if you can have any of the added fat, but maybe some lowfat, low sodium broth with seasonings, or just water with seasonings??? Just a suggestion... Don't bake until wilted, but until good and hot, partially wilted and still crunchy, it is SOOO good. You can also bake your fish on top and if you add fresh spinach, etc...... it's just good and there are several ways to fix it...
