It's all in the mind

I've realized over the last couple of weeks that my body is capable of doing more than I ever thought it could. I just recently started running on my treadmill. After the first couple of minutes it feels like I'm dying, but I manage to push myself for a few more minutes. In the end, I feel better than I did after the first couple of minutes. As long as I think about how I can do something instead of how I can't, I manage to go further.
