DAY 21

HALF-WAY THRU MY ROUND OF SHOTS. DOWN FROM 210.4 TO 193.8.
This last week has been a bit slower, but still averages out good. Cheated with a coffee yesturday, still lost. The newer protocol says I can switch my fruit with 3/4 cup of plain yogurt once in a while, so I did that with skim milk instead. counted the calories in, sipped the melba and fruit. Down 1.2 this am so guess it's not so bad. Tried regural house coffee with sugar free cream de cacao today. bit on the thin side, but it will suffice for my coffee craving.

Had red radishes as my veggie last night. almost gave up as the bite from them raw was not acceptable to me. Before giving up I tried cooking them, kinda stir fried with water and mrs dash carribean citrus. cooked until no more water. very tatsy no bite. Even my daughter liked them!

Got to do my first mobile with boss-man yesturday. He got upset because I put make-up on and went in nicer regular clothes instead of my boxy scrubs. Said he was jealous cause I don't do that at work normally. LOL guess I should.

Helping to plan the Harvest Party at church that we usually hold for the whole community on Halloween. Lots of work to do there.

I never thought about cooking radishes either, but GREAT idea! WTG on the weight loss, it is amazing!

LOL on the boss man being upset that you don't look nicer all the time, haha!

Best wishes on the harvest party for the whole church!
