Week 3 of Couch to 5k

It's crazy busy at work right now and probably will be for the rest of the year. But I'm still doing the C25k. I probably need the exercise even more now to deal with the extra job stress anyway.
We had fabulous weather this weekend and I got to do Saturday's walk/jog in the park. It was not November-like at all. I think it made it up to 70 both yesterday and today, when our normal high is low to mid 50s this time of year. It doesn't get much better than 70ish in November in the Cincinnati area. My weeknight workouts have to be on the treadmill now because the park closes at dark, so I'm especially enjoying my weekends when I can be outside.
Today was day 1 of week 3, which increases the jogging to 3 minutes at a time. I know it isn't much, but that's the longest I've every jogged before. At least that's the longest I can remember. Maybe I did more as kid, but that was a long time ago. It feels really good to make a little bit of progress each week. It's even getting easier to stay at a slow enough jog to keep from huffing and puffing.
