It is very simple - once I focus on the basics of laband nutrition/lifestyle - it all falls back into place.
Feeling good today, having my protein shake for breakfast and preplanning all my meals and entering them into the tracker. I am making it a little game, to see how high I can get my protein count, with the least calories ha ha ha.
Tonight will start back on elliptical - we are having it moved by technicians from our living room to the bedroom.
