Bummer of a day

Lately the portions don't seem enough....and this is where I came from. Does this make sense?

I got my lunch at work today, and I was getting just 1/2 orders....but that has been increasing lately....and today I got a regular order and I looked at it and was like 'That's it'?..... emoticon

This is what I've been dreading (along with the snow)....and I'm sure it's stress related, as I am a stress-eater (and an emotional eater, and a bored eater, and a....well....need I go on?? ) emoticon

So....what now? I'm a little sad and alot nervous.

    emoticon emoticon As another woman with over 100 lbs to lose, I feel your pain. Hang in there. We all have "off" times. The main thing is to keep going. Is there maybe some way you can rearrange what you eat so that you get what looks like more food but still stay in the same points? Maybe add a big salad to your lunch? Or some 0 or 1 pt soup?

    One day at a time. We only do this one day at a time...
