Need some guidence

I am not sure how exactly I am to use this program. I have been a member for a while but I havent really gotten started. Can anyone help me? Do I log my food and stay within points?

    I don't know too much about Weight Watchers, but I see no reason you couldn't do WW and Spark together.

    Should I be using WW and sparks diet together? I just read the intro AGAIN stage 1 kind of blew by me should I start their again .... and do i track my food during this stage??? Thanks for ther help

    Hi Casey,

    If you are doing weight watchers along with SparkPeople it might be helpful for you to work the point system in WW. However, Sparkpeople's Nutrition tracker (your start page under "my nutrition") allows you to track foods and shows you a calorie range that is recommended for your activity level and current weight. I prefer to use the nutrition tracker on SparkPeople. I like the flexibility and variety of nutrients you can track.

    In addition to tracking your food and trying to stay within your recommended range, you should take a look at the fitness tracker (your start page under "my fitness") and try to get moving in addition to cleaning up your eating.
