I Think I'm Progressing

Well, so far, I have done the first three BootCamp challenges. My thighs ache after yesterdays workout. I'm wondering if I might have done it wrong. Today's workout was much easier for me, of which, I am truly thankful. I still need to preview tomorrow's challenge. I hope it won't be too stressful on my legs.

Something I have noticed lately is that I am much more focused on exercise than I am to diet. I weigh in on Thursday...I'll find out then what damage my New Year celebration has wrought. I'll report back.
