So, I figured I'd try to eat a bigger breakfast today, and get in a bit more fiber than usual by doubling my cereal serving. I tried to sweeten it up with honey (it's just a plain oatmeal-and-flax hot cereal) but I don't think I liked the effect. I could taste the flavor of the honey but it didn't really make it any sweeter, so I'll probably skip it next time.

Also, two servings of this stuff is A LOT of cereal. I'm anticipating a touch of bloating in about, oh, 20 minutes.

Yesterday we skipped the gym and went for a really nice two-hour walk in our neighborhood, up Yonge to Discovery Park and around there to look at the nice houses and speculate about our house-and-home plans. Poor Henry's shoulder is still hurting and his energy is low, so taking the walk was better than skipping exercise altogether. Plus, it fulfilled one of my daily goals to "do something active outside"!
