Its been 1 month!

Today is my
and while I'm not where I thought I would be progress-wise I'm still quite happy with all the positive changes I've made to my daily routines. I'm a work in progress, years of unhealthy eating and unhealthy activity isn't going to disappear in just one month. So one month down...
Goals for month two:
Consistently drink 8-8 oz of water a day (not just 75% of the week)
Increase Wii playtime to 30 minutes 3 times a week.
Start a rollerblading routine, and change the route every other time.
Eat the right amount of calories for my body. (finding healthier food options to meet cals will have to be month 3 I'm having too much trouble already getting the calories eating not good for you food)
Get my friend Rhi to try Carmen Electra's Stripercise with me!
Lose 4 lbs. (in whole month)
KICK MY DAD'S BUTT IN OUR CHALLENGE (huge goal!)
So wish me luck, I welcome any tips or advice to help me meet my goals.
