So I didn't update my blog post yesterday. Yes, that means I failed to get on the scale. I made excuse after excuse that today would be better because it is closer to the starting point of my dad and I's competition. Now today I'm finding I'm making the same excuses. "Well, tomorrow would REALLY be best because it's the actual start....." "I feel too bloated right now.." "I'll do it in a little bit....etc..etc" UGH!!!!
I keep trying to tell myself that it IS a starting point for the month. It's OKAY if I gained a pound or two I WANT to gain muscle. Still I find myself avoiding the scale. It WILL get done today I'm not going to let myself make anymore excuses.
On the plus side, I finally got my friend active on the site, and I have another friend who just joined a gym so I'm hoping to have some new workout buddies soon!
