Ahhhh April 1ST
Today begins the competition with my father (DADWILLKICKASS). First one to 500 wins. Most fitness minutes in April wins prize 2! We both have different goals; his: lose more weight, mine: tone and get healthy. But as long as both of us try we'll both be winners.
If you've read my blog lately you'd know I've been having issues with getting on the scale. Well today I did it
I even got the measurements done that I wanted. I wanted to start April with an actual real starting point to go based off of. I've gain .2 lbs, but lost multiple inches in various places on my body. My biggest fear with completing this task was after I would lose all motivation, I'm happy to report that IS NOT the case! I'm starting April with a vengeance!
Some goals I have for April are:
Eat 2-3 fruits or veggies a day
Do Tae Bo 3 days a week
Do Flirty Girl Fitness 2 days a week
Drink my 8-8 of water EVERY DAY!
Update Measurements once a week
Kick my Dad's booty!
So wish me luck! I'm gonna need it!
