Juice Feasting day 2

Been A really Rough Yesterday for day One had major Detox symptoms, especially Juicing Green juices, A smashing Headache that I haven't had in like 4yrs. weak,aching joints, Cold chills, whew!!!
Day two was awesome the headache passed I did a coffee enema and I'm feeling energize got in great calories met the quota and No hunger due to the gallon of juice
