days are here again! Well, at least for today! Today I woke up WITHOUT the dull ache behind my eyes, and a little less pain in my tummy!
I decided to take advantage of this. Instead of just drinking my morning water and watch a t.v. show, I this morning added some strength training and Wii running to my usual routine. Got to say it feels good!
Right now as I'm riding that "high" I feel motivated to go nuts on fitness today. My body knows and is telling me that it is a BAD IDEA but my head is saying "How many days do you really get like this? Take advantage of it you lazyass!" I'm trying to figure out a compromise, I think I've got a game plan.
*Stick to normal Wii activity today (maybe a couple more games of tennis than usual)
*Go around the block 4 times (that's a 2 rotation increase which would finally take me over a mile)
I think that might satisfy myself into not beating myself up for not doing more. MAYBE if I don't do too much today MAYBE I'll get two goodish days out of this!
I'm off to go walk the block and enjoy the sun!
