My First Bikini and burning more calories

I bought my first bikini ever yesterday. I don't know if I'll have the courage to wear it this summer. I still have this flabby stomach with loose skin.
However, I think it is an awesome motivation to get these abs toned!
Since I'm biking to work, training for a half marathon and dragon boating (and more!), I don't know how to adjust my eating. Right now I eat around 1800 calories. I burned more than 3000 calories a week...
Anyone has an eating game plan for this kind of lifestyle for the summer months? More carbs, protein, etc.?
