Fighting for this new lifestyle was a little easier this week

52lbs down in 10 weeks. I lost 4.2lbs this week. WOW.. I am so proud of myself. I love this lighter feel. I don't ever want to go back. This week I was really busy working on a customers 16x20 scrapbook frame, that I didn't notice the hungries as much. I had an Amazing massage as apart of my Bio-feedback learning journey. Wish I could get one every week. It was so nice. Did lots of Belly Breathing. Belly Breathing is so awesome, mostly because it helps with my anxious flair ups, calming me some , almost instantly. Plus you can do it anywhere. Belly Breath think,think..It's a must try. I didn't get to Zumba but I think it would have hindered the massage I just got that afternoon. I will go next week for sure. I've gotten my walks in though.
Stressing family stuff is still with me but I'm working through as best I can. I am fighting off a cold sore that hurts like crazy. OMG I haven't had one of them in years. Maybe it's my stress coming to a head. lets hope that's the case and the stress will go down for a while . Fighting for this new lifestyle was a little easier this week and I'm very thankful...
