I am still not all that confident in my goal setting abilities. I want to challenge myself but I don't want to set myself up for certain failure. So I am assuming goal-setting is like pretty much everything else in life - I will get better with practice. So here goes. This is my first monthly goal blog...
Keeping with the 1.5 pounds-a-week goal, I plan to loose 6 more pounds during June.
Ride my bike at least 200 miles.
Devote 20 minutes to spiritual strength training through ritual & meditation.
Re-establish my daily yoga practice.
And one big accomplishment:
Ride my bike out to Lake Emily, swim, have a bit of a picnic, and ride back - this will be about 14 miles each way... I suppose I could take my tent with me and split the ride into two days :)
