Why is saying no so hard to do?

First let me say, I'm so thankful the weight is still going down despite the challenges i've had. I lost 2.8lbs this week.
Second: Had some challenges with going out with friends. Went to the movies with the girls and i was good and ate before i went but seeing the others get popcorn, boy did i want some but I said NO. Saying NO to the second glass of wine. Being at a birthday celebration and saying NO to the ice cream cake and the cheese cake and the ice cream sundaes. I did have a couple of bites of Todds and I ate some fruit. What's the hardest though is was watching everybody EAT. Why can't saying NO be as easy as typing it BIG...who knows but I got through it and still lost weight. I'm so thankful

    I wasn't sure what the blog would be about...saying no to food or people as Sam mentioned.

    Saying "no" to food is hard when we feel we really want it. I do believe the more you exercise no, the better it will get.

    I agree .. I don't say no easily to food or people asking me to do things....
