How do you keep yourself Motivated??

So I finished Turbo Fire Sculpt 30 today and I *really* loved this workout. Probably because I got a break from cardio, but it still counted as a workout! LOL My endurance has sucked ass lately...I'm eating more whole grain carbs and it seems to help. But I'm still dragging..*sigh*
I had to force myself to workout this morning. And I'm SO glad I did..but I wish I could freeze that feeling you have right after a workout, where you're sweating, and SO proud of yourself, and you feel like a million bucks. So I'm curious....how do *you* stay motivated? When you're having a day when you're tired, and cranky, and you *know* you should workout but just the thought of it makes you tired, how do you motivate yourself??
