A week of accomplishments!

Three days ago I ran a FULL 3 miles w/o stopping! Plus I walked a quarter to warm up and a quarter to cool down for a total of 3.5 miles. Yeah Baby!

Yesterday I ran a FULL 2.5 miles keeping an average of just under a 13 minute mile. This is HUGE for me. The fastest 1 mile I've ever run is a 12, so to run under a 13 and sustain for 2.5 miles is such a wonderful feeling.

Today, I got on the scale at 140.4. The lowest I've weighed since November of last year. Finally all this hard work is working for me.

    Good job! It feels so good to accomplish new things while running. I remember the first time I ran 2 miles w/o stopping. It makes you feel like you have conquered the world! Keep up the good work!
