A week of accomplishments!

Three days ago I ran a FULL 3 miles w/o stopping! Plus I walked a quarter to warm up and a quarter to cool down for a total of 3.5 miles. Yeah Baby!
Yesterday I ran a FULL 2.5 miles keeping an average of just under a 13 minute mile. This is HUGE for me. The fastest 1 mile I've ever run is a 12, so to run under a 13 and sustain for 2.5 miles is such a wonderful feeling.
Today, I got on the scale at 140.4. The lowest I've weighed since November of last year. Finally all this hard work is working for me.
