Today: Over my calorie intake by 30 calories, over in fat and not enough protein or fiber.

    Day 3. Even worse. Think I'm doing good till I get home. It's a challenge to get myself to the gym. Went over calories by 410 today. YIKES!! Biggest culprits are tortilla chips, double the serving size of grape nuts cereal and not knowing how many calories,yet alone what kind of bread I ate at lunch today. Estimated 400, taken from a Panera bread item listed.

    Day 2: Had 18 calories to spare...want a lil more. Will take mind power to stop eating when wanting to snack. Still did not get enough protein and was way low on fiber.
