The 2nd day

Today is the 2nd day with SparkPeople. I am feeling pretty good about my ability to stay on track using this website. I do need some tips on how not to snack before dinner though.

    Hi Monica. Found you! It's Julie. In answer to your problem on snacking before dinner, as MJRVIC2000 says, snack on veggies or fruit. Veggies would be better because of the sugar in fruit. It's always a challenge for me as well and I tend to snack on fruit more than veggies, but I go to the gym and work off the sugar afterwards.
    Hope you find that Sparkpeople is a good fit for you and for Rich. There's a lot of great information here and great support as well.

    It's OK to snack but make your snacks healthy ones...veggies and fruits. Merry Xmas, Vic, Team Leader of God's Family and also Health Problem Prevention.
