Week 1 is behind me

This is my very first EVER blog!
Week 1 started not fully doing the full meal plan yet but doing a modification of it due to not having all the proper foods and using what is on hand. To add to my stress, mother went into the hospital Tuesday night so evening meals were harder to plan and/or eat properly within the plan. Managed to stay up on the water until Saturday when I went birthday playing and shopping.
With all of this, I managed to loose 2 pounds. Having difficulties staying in a positive frame of mind. Had hoped to lose much more in the first week. Doing this program with my sister and reading The Spark book will help me keep positive.
Today is a new week offering a new opportunity to continue my journey and if I only loose another two pounds this week, that would be a total 0f 4 pounds toward my goal!
