Like I've said before, I never make the same smoothie twice. This morning, I had to add more milk in order to be able to drink it. I also managed to save a 12 ozs glass of it to have as my dessert at lunch time. I finished the avocado that I cut into yesterday and it makes a smoothie so creamy. YUM!
8 ozs skim milk
1/2 cup fat free vanilla yogurt (sugar free as well)
1/4 cup of nonfat cottage cheese
1 cup frozen mixed berries
Blend well and ENJOY!

What a woman won't do for three points!!!!
This breakfast smoothie ended up serving as a meal replacement for breakfast plus served as my dessert for lunch. My smoothies are always meal replacements.
