so, what do you do when it seems you're doing what you are supposed to do and you gain a pound? you keep going, that's what you do! maybe you reevaluate the week, see if you tracked your food and exercise correctly. maybe you try to be a little more accurate the next week. maybe you even encourage yourself with how far you've already come on your weight loss journey. now is not the time to give up, it's the time to fight harder! this is what i plan to do this coming week. what about you? what do you do when you have a setback? i would love to hear how you handle the minor setbacks in life.
