Ahhhhhhhhh! I keep forgetting the scale is not the be-all and end-all of weight loss. Monday 92kgs, Wednesday 95kgs... do I strike an average or what? well I've officially given up on the scale. next week i'm going to do my monthly body water, body fat check and blood tests; here's hoping all comes out well because I'm really, really, really trying.
