Gratitude

I've just returned from from my annual vacation at my brother in law's cottage. One year ago I had an episode of atrial flutter while we were on vacation and spent half a day in the ER. This year I had a lot of energy. I kept a log so I could record my exercise on SP when I returned. We pick wild blueberries while at the cottage. Last year, I had to leave a lot of them behind because I couldn't take the heat with my heart beating so fast. This year picking berries was easy. To add to the celebration, when I got home today, I went right to Curves, and then Zumba. It was 83 degrees, and there is no AC where I do Zumba, but that was not a problen either. I was fortunate enough to have a procedure called Cardiac Ablation last Aug. That ended the episodes of atrial Fibrilation and Flutter that I had experienced, and I don't have to take meds anymore.
I had uteran cancer in March. That was taken care of by having a hysterectomy. I have healed well from that too. So I have much to be grateful for. I'm not at my goal weight yet, but I am well on my way.
