I joined the Christmas in July challenge to help me keep on track over the past two weeks. The challenge ends tomorrow and I've lost 4 lbs. Not great, but hey, it's a loss so I'm not complaining :)
I'm a little late, but one of the daily challenges was to post about what our goals for Christmas would be. I've been thinking about it a lot lately. We are a little less than 5 months away....what do I want to accomplish by then?
So I am going to write my Christmas wish list and hopefully I will re-read this blog and I will have made my wishes come true.....
***I wish to be in the 200's for the first time since 2003
***I wish to have exercise be a daily activity instead of a sporadic occasional thing I do
***I wish to not wait to the last minute to Christmas shop, send out Christmas cards, wrap presents, put up the lights and tree, decorate, etc. which causes me more stress and makes me want to binge. I want to be prepared this time!!!
***I wish to be two sizes smaller than I am now - Size 20...and reward myself by buying a great new outfit for the holidays.
