C25K (a bit modified)

Today I did W1D1 of C25K at the gym. I had to do it on the octane eliptical (which much closer mimics running than a standard eliptical) as my knees just aren't up to running yet. I tried the treadmill yesterday. It wasn't pleasant. So today I got on the eliptical and just started. About 15 minutes in, I decided to use my C25K app on my iPod. Holy cow was that a workout!! The intervals really kicked my butt. I ended up doing a full 10k today on that thing. Which, I know, is not the same as running. But just the same, I'm really proud of myself.

My legs are all achey, but I feel great!
