packing again!

Friday, October 21, 2011

Today, I'm regrouping from a couple really busy days - catching up on SP, etc. Also, I'm getting ready for a business trip again... leaving tomorrow for 7 days in Michigan. Looking forward to the fellowship making new friends, and getting to know others better. It will be a time that is with people from the time we get up to the time we go to bed. I'll really need to keep on top of my choices and tracking as possible. Our meals will either be in different homes or eating out so it will difficult to track. I'm not sure of the internet connection availability or the time to SP so if you don't hear from me, pray for me...! :-)

Praying for you on this trip!

"Lord, bless Roxy as she goes. Give her wisdom and grace in relationships, may it be a fruitful time. Give her strength physically and emotionally. May she be blessed even as she seeks to bless others. Empower her to make good choices, and to snuggle up close to You. In Jesus' name we ask."

Have a safe trip Roxy ..
    Enjoy the fellowship
I think by now, you have realised how much and what you can eat ... so it shouldn't be so much of a problem ...
Just try and remember that we are here for you and the only one you will be letting down if you do eat way to much, is yourself !!.
    Love and Hugs Susie
