I'm pretty proud of myself today

The beginning of my second week of regularly exercising again and I did a 4.86km walk around Hagley Park with a friend in 54 minutes. I think I was right about my shin pain being temporary because they're not hurting now, and I didn't get a single twinge from either achilles today either.
I've done a full week of exercising every day apart from one, and that was a conscious decision to take a day off because I was really tired. Tomorrow is the start of my first full week back at work and I'm taking my walking gear with me so I can go around Hagley again after work. It's a shame that there is only one nice grass walking route near where I live because I'm bored with it already.
South Hagley is about 40 minutes and 3.8km, I feel confident to walk that on my own because of the amount of traffic and other people about. I would not feel comfortable walking around North Hagley alone, but I'm hoping my friend will walk after work with me at least twice this week so we'll probably alternate between the two sections of the park.
I have counselling tomorrow and I'm happy that I'll be able to tell my psychologist that I've been doing my 'homework' and that it is helping me feel better.
LOL I just realised too (this bit is an add-on) - I did a bunch of gardening today so I'm just going to count that as bonus exercise!!
