I think it's starting to become habit

Oh yeah...how cool is this?! I'm exercising every day, not a lot, but at least 10 minutes, just to get that habit established again. The exercise part was always easy (well, easier anyhow) part for me. The eating, on the other hand, that's always been difficult.

But I've done really well the past several days, stayed within my calorie range as well as the range of most of the other things I keep track of. I've been cooking, taking my lunch to work, tracking all that I eat. It's going well.

And today I ran into Kroger to pick up just a few things...some fresh spinach and blueberries, some oj, diet Sierra Mist, and the Skinny Cow ice cream that is on sale this week. I didn't even stop to look at anything else. Ran past the deli/bakery, skipped over the chips, crackers and cookies aisles, didn't go near the frozen pizza, kept my eyes averted from the candy. I was in and out in just a few minutes with only the items I intended to buy.

I'm starting to feel like maybe, just maybe, I'm getting closer to re-establishing my healthy habits!!!
