Gone from feeling good to feeling discouraged

But I'm not giving up!!

My weight has barely moved over the last few weeks, despite doing so much exercise that SP has increased my calorie range 4 times. I had a few days off at the end of January because I was exhausted and just not 'feeling it' but have got back on the exercise horse now.

I figured I'll give it another few weeks and if nothing is shifting then I'll go back to Jenny Craig for a month or so just to get kick-started. There is no valid reason for the weight to not be shifting, I'm eating well, I'm exercising all the damn time and I'm even sleeping well.

Even if my weight isn't decreasing I'm still feeling better mentally from the exercise so that's a good enough reason to continue it right there. Hopefully in a few more weeks things will pick up. I'm getting to the point where I'm running out of time to get into shape for our trip, only a couple of months left now.

    Have you measured your waist and hips? A lot of times they will get smaller when your weight is stable. I have heard that changing your exercise routine as such sometimes help, but my personal opinion is that plateaus just happen sometimes.
